Being a bartender with an allergy to egg whites is no fun! With this, Zac Kvas wanted to create a Whisky Sour Syrup with all of the flavour, but none of the egg whites, making it 100% vegan friendly!
Our Kvas Whisky Sour Syrup is a blend of lemon juice, maple syrup, pineapple juice and dehydrated oranges. The result is a naturally sour syrup, which combined with whisky, makes the perfect whisky sour every time!
