Cat Tail (Non Alc)

Possibly the most elevated non-alcoholic cocktail recipe here. A few drops of angostura bitters create a beautifully layered drink and the taste is just as complex and beautiful as it looks.
Cat Tail
- 1 oz Kvas Northern Old Fashioned Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 6 oz Soda Water
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters*
Add ingredients to a glass with ice, stir and add a couple dashes of Angostura on top . Garnish with an orange zest.
*while bitters are considered a "food product" in Canada (and thus, can be found in most grocery stores), they are technically made of alcohol. Since you are only using 2 dashes, the amount of alcohol translated into the drink is far less than that of a non-alcoholic beer/wine.
