- 3/4 oz. Kvas Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup
- 3 1/2 oz. Dry Riesling
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- 5 Mint Leaves
Fill a small mason jar 3/4 of the way full of ice. Add all ingredients, screw on the lid, and shake until chilled. Unscrew the lid, and garnish with a small bit of fresh mint on top!
Tip: Slap the mint before adding it to your cocktail to open up the flavour even more.
