"Pai Mei"
This flip is floral, bold, and just the right amount of refreshing.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Kvas Lavender Jasmine Simple Syrup
- 2 1/2 oz. Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Cointreau
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- Egg White
Method:
- Chill a coupe glass
- Add all ingredients + ice to a shaker.
- Shake until chilled
- Strain out cocktail and discard ice.
- Pour cocktail back in shaker and shake without ice.
- Double strain cocktail using Hawthorne strainer and fine-mesh strainer into chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lavender
