"Pai Mei"
- 1 oz. Kvas Lavender Jasmine Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Cointreau
- 1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
- Egg White
- Garnish: Lavender
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake until chilend and strain out cocktail. Discard ice, return cocktail to the shaker and shake again (without ice). Double strain cocktail using a Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupes glass. Garnish with lavender.
