Green Earth Sour
- 2 oz Kvas Wildflower Cocktail Syrup (Kvas Honey Ginger Simple Syrup)
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 2 oz IPA (Beer)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish: Cucumber
Muddle all ingredients, except the beer, together in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a glass full of ice and top with your favourite IPA. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
