Popeye's Ginger Booster
Summary: This healthy morning starter is sure to bring a boost to your day with a refreshing blast of mint, ginger, and spinach! Good for any sailor.
- 2 oz. Kvas Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup
- 14 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 Cup Frozen Mango's
- 1 1/2 Cups Spinach
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- 1 scoop of natural yogurt
- 1 oz. Lime Juice
Add all ingredients, except two mint leave's , to a blender. Blend on medium for 1 1/2 minutes, and pour into a glass of your choosing. Garnish with your remaining mint leaves and ahoy! You've got yourself a Popeye.
