Henicillin

Named after our son Henry, this riff on a penicillin is a classic in our books.

Henicillin

• 1 oz Kvas Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker full of ice, shake and strain into a rocks glass with a couple of ice cubes.
